All orders are shipped from Hong Kong. Should you need any special arrangement, please kindly state it clearly during order confirmation or contact us asap. We will try our best to accommodate.
After reception and payment clearance, most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days. Shipping times may vary due to our shop holidays (that we will be indicated on our home page). Orders are not shipped on Sunday nor HK public holidays. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder. If there is any issue causing delay, we will notify you asap.
By placing an order at Badaboo, you are responsible for shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Badaboo. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery. Additional charges may apply if redelivery is requested.
Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes, but only standard address.

Hong Kong Shipping (2-3 days)
HK$22 for purchase below HK$1,500
Free of charge for purchase over HK$1,500
Note: if package is delivered to a residential address, SF Express will request HKD 20 in cash upon delivery. This surcharge will be HKD 30 for remote area delivery.
Worldwide Shipping (5-15 days)
We only deliver to the following countries: Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam.
Fees vary according to delivery location and weight. It will be specified during checkout.
Depending on the weight and size of the order, additional delivery cost may apply. In this case, we will contact you for further arrangement.

Taxes and Duties
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are your sole responsibility. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. In rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
We accept Visa, Master, Amex, Google Pay and PayPal payments.
